Resources for Meet Directors:
If you would like to host a meet, you must submit a sanction form with payment. All competitions - including level 7 - must be sanctioned.
All coaches and judges must sign in at your competition. Completed sign in form (below) must be submitted to the Competition Chairperson within 2 weeks of your meet.
You must confirm that all coaches on your competition floor are designated as "green lit." Coaches who are not "green lit" are not allowed on the floor to coach.
The meet host must send complete meet results via email to the JOGA Stats representative within 48 hours of the meet in Excel format only. Results must include Gymnast’s Name, JOGA number, Club, and scores. If the results are not emailed within 48 hours, a $25 late fee will be applied. Late fees will be payable to JOGA and sent to the State Director.
If there is an injury at your meet, you may submit the JOGA Insurance Claim form: To compete the claims process, please fill out the form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. A JOGA Board member will complete the section titled, "To Be Completed By Organization/School" and will return the form to you. Once you have received the form, you must attach all the necessary medical bills and documents and submit this paperwork directly to the insurance company.
